This was reported widely yesterday but i had to share it with you our darling readers incase you have not seen it or read about it, according to City people the popular gossip Magazine, Lagos Socialite Folasade Adunni Risiquat Adesoye, popularly known as Sade Alesh, a well known textile dealer and her friend Alhaja Kalejaiye are planning to sell asoebi for their children Azeez and Adejoke's wedding, at the rate of 1800$ approximately 300k Naira, the asoebi will be manufactured and imported specially from Switzerland for the wedding. The Society wedding which will hold on October 21st and 25th 2014 in Oriental Hotel on the Island, is the most talked about upcoming event among the owambe specialists in Lagos. The regular asoebi will go for 65k Naira, *lol and people are dying of hunger and sickness!, Na wa o Lagos people and Owambe, why would any sane person buy or sell ordinary asoebi at this ridiculous rate ? my people abeg make una put mouth for this matter o.
