President Buhari will today declare open a two day retreat for the ministerial designate.Femi Adesina, the presidential spokesperson confirmed the development, adding that the retreat which would run from today through Friday, November 6, would take place at the presidential villa in Abuja.The retreat is believed to announce the inaguration of the new ministers.
