Nigerian media entrepreneur Funmi Iyanda will receive a honourary fellowship award from the University of Cumbria On Wednesday, November 25. Funmi will be the first African woman to receive this award. She is being recognized for her contributions to human rights and sustainability.
The investiture will take place during a graduation ceremony in the historic Carlisle Cathedral in Cumbria, North West England in acknowledgment of her outstanding and high profile work.
