 Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has promised he will speak on the ongoing $2.1 billion arms deal scandal at the appropriate time. Jonathan is currently in Geneva. Switzerland, where he is holding a press conference and will also be hosted by a committee of diplomats.
