Actor Yomi Fash Lanso has emerged as cultural ambassador of Olokun festival 2015.
The actor who recently lost his aged mother, was present as the festival's cultural ambassador at an elaborate event which was held at the Suntan Beach in Badagry, Lagos on Thursday, October 22, 2015.
Speaking to Vanguard Newspaper, Yomi Fash said, “It was a beautiful event and I am proud to have been a part of it, not just about the Yoruba culture, but I would love to see changes in our cultural tourism industry.”
In improvement, the actor urged individuals to protect the Yoruba culture and heritage saying it is meant to be cherished and passed on to generations to come.
